 Although your vehicle was picked up a bit late due to mechanical issues with the truck, I am glad you were able to receive your vehicle on time still.  Also, glad I was able to be helpful to you during the process.  It was my goal to give you 5 STAR service and by the sound of it I did as well, although you did not rate me that way.
