This was my first experience shipping my automobile across country, I was weary of such services, and battles between the option of driving my car or shipping it. However I chose to ship my car due to extraneous variables, by doing so I felt that this was a great decision. The experience was very smooth, and most importantly not stressful in any way.

The associate that I spoke with was very helpful. From her knowledge to professionalism she exceeded all expectations. Understanding that there are many brokers, of the ones that I did call, Amber eased all my woes. No other company explained the business so that I could understand. She explained that her job is to find a truck driver that will move my car for a reasonable price. In addition, when calling other companies, not once did they explain extra costs that might effect the delivery of my automobile- she explained the risks in placing valuables in the car, as well as extra weighted objects such as tires and other auto parts. I felt that my experience went very well, not only was the price very reasonable but it was cheaper than most other quotes. I also felt very secure in leaving my business needs with this company because I felt that I could trust them, there were no hassling continuous calls. The pick up was by far the best experience because the associate cared enough to send an email confirming that I received my car as well as called my cell phone.

Another service that was very much appreciated was the level of service and professionalism, I was not put on hold for long periods of time, the call was quick but filled with friendliness, which really helped because of my job, family etc. In addition to the call I appreciated the accommodations that were made such as when I could pick the automobile up to receiving updates via email.

I would highly recommend this company as well as this employee if you are inquiring about automobile transport services.
