Denise was friendly and gave me all of the information that I needed my first time shipping my car. She let me know every time anything happened with the shipment, when they found a carrier, estimated pick up and delivery dates and charges. Everything was made very clear and I was contacted every step of the way. I would definitely use Red Carpet Auto Transport again.
