I placed an order with Cheryl at Red Carpet and she was very informative and helpful during the process being able to answer all of my questions and offer me advice on what to do/not to do over the phone and via email. A few days after I placed my order with Cheryl someone accepted the job and my car was picked up in NY. The carrier was running late but Cheryl was very helpful in trying to locate the driver and confirm directions for him because the numbering on my street was confusing. The shipping was supposed to take 7 days but my car was actually dropped off early after 3 days of transit which was amazing! The car was shipped super quickly, there was no damage and the driver kept me in contact during pick up and drop off days. For the price of 1041 after the rebate I was completely satisfied and would recommend this carrier to friends who are looking for prompt reliable service.
