After listing my transport needs on the internet, a barrage of calls, emails and texts ensued from transport brokers that lasted two weeks. I spoke with several brokers, who gave me a wide range of 'stories' but zero confidence in their ability to deliver my car as promised, i.e. on time and at a particular cost. This is a 'wild west' marketplace, if ever I've seen one. Then I spoke with Julie at Red Carpet Auto Transport. She was very pleasant and professional and gave me a high level of confidence in her integrity and the firm she represents. I agreed to a fee that was only $25 higher than the lowest quote, and ten minutes later Julie called to confirm my car would be on a truck heading my way later that afternoon. The car was delivered first thing the next morning, and I could not have been happier. Thank you, Julie!
