Overall experience with Red Carpet Auto Transport was excellent. They responded quickly to my original inquiry, offered shipping timeline options to meet my needs, provided ocean and ground transportation booking and coordination and constant communication/updates throughout the process. I still have a minor claim open with the ground carrier, but Red Carpet support has been superb. Total cost includes Matson ocean transport, ground transport and broker fee.
