The customer service was always freindly and professional. Our pickup and delivery was right on time and we were communicated to every step of the way. We were very impressed by the communication, especially for the very reasonable price we were quoted. There no hidden costs either, we only paid what we wre quoted up front. our car arrived in the same condition it was pick up. i would recommend Red Carpet to anyone looking to transport a vehicle.
