I was extremely happy with the care and service that occurred with my auto shipment with Red Carpet. Although I have used various other companies in the past none have provided the customer service that Red Carpet did. I called and spoke with Scott Young who handled my account and all of the details. Scott was fair, and upfront which I appreciated and gave me a fair price. What set Scott apart was the fact that he was in contact with me on a daily basis telling me where my truck was as well as providing me with other specific information. I actually received my vehicle sooner than expected which was great and honestly have nothing but great things to say about this company and my experience with them.. Having said that I will make them my primary shipping company if needed again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Scott, his customer service is hands down the best I have ever dealt with in this industry.
