Felicia at Red Carpet Auto Transport was great. She kept me informed the entire time about where the car was, when it would be delivered, and if there were any delays. I told he from the beginning I am all about communication, and she clearly listened. The car arrived without any damage, and the driver communicated with me at the end as to the delivery. My experience was positive.
