I was extremely impressed by the service I received with Red Carpet Auto Transport. Since it was my first time shipping a vehicle across the country, I was originally nervous about the process but my direct contact person was fabulous and made the experience stress free! She fully informed me of the process before hand and was there every step of the way to make sure that I was comfortable with the process. The driver that was selected to transport my vehicle was extremely professional and on time!!! He was friendly and stayed in touch with me throughout his drive, letting me know his progress and estimated arrival day and time. I was more then thrilled with the service I received and the friendly, capable staff I had the pleasure of working with. I will definitely be using Red Carpet Auto Transport in the future, in fact I've already scheduled my next vehicle shipment!
