I had encountered a major issue with the shipping of my car. After I explained the problem I was running into, Bernadette devised a plan, and acted immediately to rectify my issue. After dealing with an issue with a different person for a whole week, Bernadette was able to have my car picked up the same day I spoke with her. She is courteous, professional, and not afraid to tackle the difficult transportations. I have already called her again to have another car transported.
