Other than a little holdup due to not getting a call back (apparently their phone system went down), everything went quickly and smoothly. The driver was courteous and careful when picking up the vehicle. Dropoff also went just fine. Finally, there were no extra or "hidden" charges. Overall, Red Carpet was very easy to work with and did a very good job.
