                        I apologize for your dissatisfaction of the transport of your vehicle.  The truck breaking down was an event I can't predict.  Every time I received more information on the status of the truck I kept you updated.  Drivers are not paid until your vehicle is delivered so they do all they can to make delivery's as quick as possible. I take all my reviews very seriously and I wish the events that occurred wouldn't have but I did every thing in my power to work this out for you.
