After waiting 2 weeks for pickup with another company (who promised dispatch in 4-7 days) I contacted Scott at Red Carpet. Dispatch was confirmed in a matter of hours and the car was picked up and delivered 5 days later. I loved that there was one point of contact from start to finish.
