Arranging for the transportation was reasonable if not good. I had over $4,000 damage to the roof of my car. The carrier and driver, Angel Monzon used OOIDA which is no more than a scam. The Red Carpet people claimed this was valid insurance. After 3 months of we need more information at least 8 emails and a handfull of calls under the pretense of actually processing, I was told by email it was dropped and call the insurer. I wouldn't use anyone with this blanket OOIDA, it no more than a sham and the carrier Angel Monzon I find had his license revoked. I will be writing complaints to various transportation and insurance oversight bodies and pursuing whatever legal avenues against all parties. It's the principle.
