I did a lot of reading and this industry is highly suspect. I selected a company from Phoenix so I could get personal satisfaction if something went wrong. Red Carpet also has multiple companies and so I went with them due to volume. Annmarie was very personable and knowledgeable. Negotiable as well. We had a last minute cancellation from the carrier she arranged. She found a replacement carrier and the car was picked up and shipped the next day from original schedule. This was a slight inconvenience, but the car got to St. Louis in any event on the day I was originally expecting it. All is well that ends well. FYI - Red Carpet was NOT one of the many solicitations I received from the free quote web site. They were willing to price match more or less though.
