Julie was great! She was very prompt, always returned my calls, made the entire process painless and simple. I had never shipped a car before so was utterly CLUELESS about how to get it done. Julie explained the entire process to me, and helped me along the way. Throw in the fact that Red Carpet was just about the cheapest company I found, and it was basically a no-brainer. The only issue I had was with the shipping company itself (that Red Carpet found for me) who exaggerated a bit on timing, but this wasn't major and was entirely out of Julie's control. 5/5, would ship again.
