My car was damaged in an accident in Tennesse while I live in Illinois. Due to the amount of damage, it took about 4 weeks to repair. My car was brand new, so I was anxious to get it back. I called on a Thursday. My car was on a transport on the following Monday and arrived first thing Wednesday morning. It arrived in excellent condition. I would definitely use Red Carpet again.
