I chose Red Carpet because of their level of service and lowest quoted price. Shawn was very personable, worked quickly for me and helped me understand the process.

This was my first time needing a service of this nature, so for other first timers out there, I want to share what I learned. When you call a transportation company, you are calling to ask them to broker your deal - to be the middleman negotiator between you and their network of truckers. They suggest to you an anticipated cost and timeframe. Once you are in agreement, they then reach out to the truckers on your behalf and see what comes back. You have to understand this is a negotiation process which means the truckers can propose their terms back to you which may or may not match your initial offering. Shawn did a great job representing my best interest in this process. As he explained, there is an incentive for the broker to find a deal you are happy with because they don't get their commission until your vehicle is on the truck.

Working with Red Carpet was a very nice experience.
