Bernadette Flavell was a very courteous, friendly and professional employee of Red Carpet Auto Transport, Inc. She located a reliable car carrier to transport my car from FL back home to NYS.
Bernadette kept in contact by calling me from the beginning before my car was picked up to the delivery and beyond. She managed to find someone who was able to meet my pick up and delivery dates to my satisfaction. Whenever I called her with any questions, she always either called me back or e-mailed me in a timely fashion. I would do business again with Bernadette if the occasion arose. Also, I would highly recommend Bernadette to anyone who would be in need of a car transporter. Bernadette Flavell definitely deserves a "5 star" rating.
