John Alguire was the first person that contacted me to provide advice/consultation on my transportation needs. John took the time to thoroughly explain how the transport of my vehicle would proceed if I decided to use Red Carpet Auto Transport and he answered all of my questions. Since this was the first time that I had used a transport company, I had a lot of questions!

From the time that I contacted him again and let him know that I decided to use the services of his company to after my car was on its way to the destination, John made himself available for any questions and he called me to confirm that the service was performed to my satisfaction. From the time of pick-up to the time my vehicle was delivered half-way across the country was 4 days.

In short, I would unhesitantly call him for any future needs and would gladly recommend him to any friends and acquaintances that may need transport services. He is a very courteous, knowledgeable, and conscientious professional!
