I had a very good experience working with Jerry and Red Carpet Transport. I did a lot of research to learn about the industry and I wanted to make sure that I found a reputable broker who is known for providing excellent customer service. <br><br>

After being flooded by multiple price estimates, I reviewed each company in the Better Business Bureau, as well as TransportReviews.com. Red Carpet Auto Transport has an A rating and has been an accredited BBB business since July 2010. They have also been in business since 2007. <br><br>

Jerry is very easy to talk to on the phone and I especially appreciated how he took the time to answer all my questions. We were shipping our only car, a 2008 Toyota RAV 4, across the country and I was pretty concerned about handing my only car to people I didn't even know. Jerry helped me understand that these fears are totally understandable, and part of his job is to help identify the reliable and professional auto transport companies for me.<br><br>

Through Jerry, we were able to book a space on a trailer from RNS Auto Transport (US DOT 1949114 / MC-693065), based in Hagerstown, Maryland. Jerry followed up with me to confirm the price with RNS and he also called me on the day that my car was to be picked up. My credit card was charged only on the day that my car was officially picked up by RNS. <br><br>

RNS picked up my car on Tuesday evening at 10 pm (they were stuck in DC rush hour traffic) and I picked up my car on Thursday afternoon from RNS at 5 pm, just outside of Denver airport. My family had just landed so this was perfect timing from us.<br><br>

Jerry called me on Friday once more to check on our delivery. I still cannot believe that my car was shipped in just two days; I honestly thought it was going to be at least a week based on the estimates from the other brokers who sent me estimates.<br><br>

I received a very high level of customer service and a very competitive price from Jerry at Red Carpet and Anna at RNS Auto Transport. If you are moving from the Washington, DC metro area and going West, I highly recommend giving Jerry a call. Thank you very much!<br><br>
