Price quoted was within $50 dollars of the other two quotes I received for this job. The whole shipping process was clearly explained by the contact person and all my questions answered. I scheduled the pickup several weeks in advance to give them adequate time to post the job and they were even able to accommodate a change in the availability date. Delivery was one day earlier than the estimate.
