The customer service rep named Cheryl went waaaaaay beyond her job to get the transport connected and taken care of. She was very easy to speak with, knowledgable, patient and very much concered about me as a customer. She made sure the driver was insured and had a A-1 rating as a professional, safe transport person. She answered all my questions with a professional nice manner. Cheryl called and kept me up to date with the information of pick up and where the driver was and when he would call me to drop off. I can't say enough good things about Cheryl in doing her job. She is a positive asset to the company. Cheryl treated me as if I was her own brother. The driver kept me informed as to where he was and when he would drop the transport .No damage was done. The transport truck/trailer was clean Price was reasonable.
I would recomend this company to any friends and family.
