Overall I was very happy with Red Carpet Auto Transport. When I called with a question if my rep. was unavailable she always returned my call promptly. She was very knowledgeable and honest within her control. The Transport companies are only as good as the actual auto carrier and often it is beyond the companies control when the vehicle will be picked up or delivered. My auto was delivered 3 days later then originally stated but arrived in good condition.
