I was very pleased with my experience. John (Red Carpet Auto Transport) was very throrough and actually very helpful with his tips on how to avoid the common pit-falls and deposit scams out there in the auto transport business. He did not charge my credit card for the deposit UNTIL the transport truck picked-up my vehicle. His bid was the most competitive and only differed by $25 from what the driver needed for fuel expenses. I had heard of situations where the driver demands more than the broker's bid and when the customer wants to change companies, they end up forfeiting their deposit. This was not the case for me and John is very honest and forthright with everything. I got the best deal cost-wise and the I was also able to communicate with the driver as he made his way across the states. It was a very positive experience and I would DEFINITELY use John (Red Carpet Auto Transport) in the future.
