I can describe this experience in 3 letters, WOW! I spoke with Bernadette on a Saturday and was given my quote. Bernadette explained the entire process to me and I immediately felt comfortable with her assistance. By Monday afternoon she had already contacted me via email, text and phone to say she had a carrier available. She informed me that it was up to me if I wanted to use this particular carrier because he wanted $30 more than the quote but was ready to go the next day. If I didn't want to pay the extra $30 then another carrier would come along shortly. I opted to use the first available and was thrilled that I did. Once again, Bernadette walked me through the next steps and the drivers were in touch with me in about an hour. We arranged for pick up at my work because that was more convenient for me. The drivers were prompt and courteous. Once again, Bernadette called to make sure the pick up went smoothly. I was originally told it would take about 6 days to get cross country. The drivers picked the car up on a Tuesday afternoon and I was told my son should expect the car in California on Monday. I received a call Thursday night that they were already in California. My son had the car by Friday at lunch time. I would use Red Carpet again without hesitation. It was a pleasure always having a real person to talk to instead of a recording. Bernadette was always available and if she was on another phone call I had a return call within minutes. Thanks Bernadette!
