Summer with Red Carpet Auto Transport could not have been any better. When I called this company I was frusted with another company that I contracted with that did not meet the deadlineof picking up my vehicle even after I explained to them taht I was being charged from that day forth. I went online for another quote and Summer was the 1st to respond. I called her and she gave me more information than I expected. This entire time, i'm thinking the company that I contracted was going to be the carrier ( 1st time for shipping cars) but found out from her that they all use the same system.

She explained so much to me and made me feel like I had way more knowledge of this business than before. SInce she made me feel so comfortable, I cancelled the contract with the other company and went with Red Carpet. From the time I called her she was very helpful. I explained to her that I was being charged for my truck at this lot, so she called the carlot just to let them know that i'm working on a pickup date. It took summer and her team just a few hours to get a driver assigned to deliver my truck when the other company had the accoutn for 5 days and still no response.

Summer went out of her way to send me an email during the weekend, whichI think the company was closed just to assure me taht my car was going to be picked up on Monday. My car was picked up as promised but when it came to the delivery I was surprised! I was told that the delivery would be 5 days before I received my vehicle and the next day my car was in my driveway!
Thank you so much Summer for all of your help, I will definitely reccomment your company and services to anyone that I know is looking.
