Summer was awesome! My carrier did arrive late, but Summer called the carrier everyday to give me an update on where they were and when they would arrive. Summer always answered her phone when I called her or gave me a call back within a few hours. She called the day after the carrier was scheduled to arrive to make sure that I received the car and everything was okay. The car arrived in perfect condition just a little dusty from traveling. Overall, great service! I will definitely be using Red Carpet again if I ever need to ship a car! Thanks Summer!
