After my Mom's sister passed away, the family wanted to give her car (in Texas) to my Mom in NC. I was asked help figure out how to get the vehicle shipped. Living in Arizona and having never shipped a vehicle, I was concerned that I would be in for a complicated and costly ordeal. I decided on Red Carpet Transport based on the exceptional online customer reviews. Patrick O'Connell lived up to his great reputation. He clearly explained the process and what I should expect. He stayed in close contact with me, my cousin in TX, and my Mom throughout the process and was very accessible when we had questions. I was surprised at how simple and affordable shipping the vehicle was; but can't help but think it is partly due to working with a company that knows what they are doing and values customer service. I would highly recommend this company.
