Good communication as we communicated via telephone and email. Records of my information were well kept as I contacted them about month before actually finalizing the transaction. Good relistic target date for shipping as expected (no delays). Red Carpet Auto Tranport's Account Executive selected a promising, reliable shipper. My vehicle arrived safely. First time customer and will more than likely be a second time customer.
