My overall experience was not favorable. The agreed to Pick up date was missed by 3 days. While the agreed to p/u date was within the window time, I received notification of p/u with just one days notice. And then they missed that date.

Despite telling me via email that the cost provided was a quote, it was actually an estimate. The actual cost was higher than the quote. Estimates and quotes are not the same thing. And, despite the website saying they would match any 5-star rated competitor, Red Carpet did no such thing and told me on the phone they would not.

When they finally did show to p/u the vehicle, there was no condition check list provided by the driver. I had to take photos myself to ensure the condition of the vehicle upon delivery. And, when I called Red Carpet to express my disatisfaction with the process, they did not return my call until after the vehicle was delivered.

Shawnw@redcarpetautotransport.com- 602-438-4644 - Shawn Witt Hello Jeffery, I apologize for the mis-communication. I obviously did not explain our program to you effectively. The terms and conditions clearly state that our price quote is our best estimate based on what carriers are being paid to haul a like vehicle on that day. Since transportation is a commodity and commodity prices fluctuate on an hour by hour basis I think I did pretty well. Furthermore if you check your records you will see that even know the was a modest increase in price I went ahead and paid it for you myself. Going forward I will attempt to do Better. Thank you for setting me straight.
