The initial contact with Ms Perry was professional. She was direct in her answers, prompt to call back and informative. She was available on follow-up calls. If she did not have the answer to my questions she would call me back promptly once she found out.

The transport was seamless in that the driver came directly to the car, put it securely on the transport vehicle and transported it to the main carrier. We were able to keep up with the transport as it got close to delivery. The driver called my daughter and met her, removed the car and handed it over without difficulty. All in all it was a pleasant experience. Given the Value equation, the value was high in that the quality was increased and the price was decreased.
