I called Cheryl Phiffer of Red Carpet Auto Transport on a Tuesday and she answered every question that I had with knowledge adn professionalism. She gave a comparable quote to other companies but what put her head and shoulders above the rest was her ability to explain the process and meet my expectations. Her prompt and courteous service was what made the decision for me to choose Red Carpet Auto Transport. I received a phone call back the same day I agreed to go with Red Carpet that there was a driver to pick up the car the very next day! The driver called to confirm the evening before and even the morning of pick up. He arrived on time, did a thorough inspection of the vehicle and handed us a professional contract. The car left Arizona on Wednesday with an estimate time of arrival in Rhode Island to be the following Tuesday. I thought that was a long shot, however, to my surprise I received a phone call from the driver on Sunday stating the car would be delivered on Monday. 6 days from Arizona to Rhode Island! I have shipped my car before and it took two weeks for it to arrive from RI to AZ, so 6 days was a miracle. I would highly recommend Red Carpet Auto Transport and Cheryl Phiffer to anyone considering transporting their vehicle.
