My experience was very good. I was especially impressed by how fast the car got to DC from Phoenix. I was also impressed that the driver was on time and content to wait for me to reach him in a fairly obscure location. The dispatch service number was also very helpful; it was great to be able to call for an update on my car's location at any point. The only drawback to my experience is that Red Carpet had trouble keeping my contact information accurate, even though I was very explicit as to when and where I would be reachable. All in all, though, it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend the company again.
