Patrick at Red Carpet Auto contacted me immediately after I submitted my request for a quote and made the transaction very easy. I needed a transporter who would be able to pick up my car when I wasn't there and deliver it to Tennessee. What made it very convenient was that Patrick contacted me regularly to see check on the status of my transport request and was available to answer my questions.
