This was my first time persnoally arranging auto transport (had shipped before using a relocation company). After requesting quotes, Patrick was one of the first transporters to contact me directly by telephone. He carefully took me through the process of arranging for and shipping my car. After booking, he made near daily contact with me by phone to keep me informed and to check on status of pickup and delivery. I intend to use Patrick and Red Carpet again in the Spring to return my car to Colorado.
