I was initially drawn to Red Carpet Auto Transport because they transport cars all over the world AND because they specifically mentioned that they work with military members. (We are a military family.) I did some research on the company and found that they had the highest BBB rating as well as the highest "star" rating I could find of the companies that submitted quotes. I was convinced I wanted to contract with this company after speaking with Tonya Fox. She was helpful in answering my questions, but did not pressure me into making an immediate decision (as did some other companys' representatives with whom I spoke).

When it came time to transport my classic vehicle, there was an initial misunderstanding between Red Carpet and the sub-contracted transport company that had initially bid for the job. Tonya spent some time getting it sorted out and was good about communicating the changes to me. When a second company bid for the job, she let me know immediately. Between Tonya and the driver, we were able to come up with a delivery schedule that worked for everyone. The car arrived in perfect condition. The driver was courteous. The price of the transport was reasonable. The delivery was timely- I was in no hurry to transport the vehicle. The intial phone call to Red Carpet to the delivery of the vehicle took two weeks. Tonya was concerned that two weeks was too long- she assured me that they could deliver the car within a couple of days, but, again, I was in no hurry! Having just moved, my family needed that time to unpack boxes and clear space in the garage!

Overall, I was pleased with the service I received. As a military family, I know that we will move again in the near future. I will call Red Carpet again when that day comes.
