This agent was helpful when taking our information. Once we decided on your service, her helpfulness dissolved. She left me a message to contact her directly for vital information such as the name and contact number of the carrier to pick-up my vehicle. I called twice leaving messages both times. She never returned my call and it even shocked the operator taking my call and messages. It could have become a very bad experience. I was forced to stay home to wait for a call from an unknown carrier who would hopefully reassure me that my vehicle would be in good hands. I debated using your service again. For sure, I would not if I had to deal with Ms. Fox again.
