Great Experience for a first time car shipper

Having never shipped a vehicle cross country before, I went into the process of moving my BMW from Virgina to California with some skepticism and worry. After contacting several Transport companies that were highly rated on the internet, I received a prompt email and phone call from Heather of Red Carpet Auto Transport. Heather was very helpful and reassuring without being pushy at all. I was told it may take up to a week to get the car picked up and up to 10 days after that to receive it. In acuallity, my car was picked up in three days and deliverd to me in Los Angeles 6 days after that. All in all it was a great experience and I highly recommend Red Carpet to anyone looking to ship a vehicle.
