Poor Customer Service

This is my second time working with Red Carpet Auto Transport and I was very impressed the first time but this time Anthony (the head of the company) left a lot to be desired. He was very rude and argued with me on the phone. He overcharged me on his fee, which was supposed to be lower because I was a repeat customer. He was never available to answer calls, nor was he available to update my order. I ended up dealing with whatever receptionist was on duty. He did not call to make sure my order had been picked up or delivered, which is common practice for the people at Red Carpet who actually care about their customers. He has completely turned me off from the company and I would not use their service again. I am very disappointed by the decline of this company. It is absolutely ridiculous that you pay someone hundreds of dollars to basically pick up a phone and they can not even manage to do that. However, if you are not worried about anything but your car arriving in the condition in which it left you, Red Carpet may be a good bet. My car has not had any damage, other than a missing license plate in the two times that I have shipped with them.

Brandi, like I did offline via emails, I apologized for your experience this time around and apologized for any sort of bad attitude. I remain apologetic and wish you the best moving forward. Like I said, everyone has a bad day and that was one of mine. The most important thing is that both times your vehicle has arrived safe and sound.
