Our experience working with Red Carpet Transport was very positive. Cheryl, the customer service representative, contacted us several times throughout the process to make sure our car, which was in another state and which we weren't there to oversee, was loaded and safely in transport. On the day of pick up, she called us throughout the process to make sure we knew what was going on. The delivery people were professional and didn't mind working with our old vehicle which needed to be towed up onto their trailer. We got bids from three places and the price for transport that Red Carpet offered was the best we could find. It took only 1 day for Red Carpet to find a truck to bring our car out even though the pick up and drop off locations were off the regular routes. Our car arrived safely and in good shape. Our experience with Red Carpet was excellent, all their staff were really helpful and we would definitely recommend them to anyone who needed a car transported.
