This was my first experience shipping a car, so I was a bit apprehensive. Tonya was very helpful and explained the process from pickup to delivery. After my original quote, my familly member in Arizona who was supposed to receive the car was on the fence as to whether or not she wanted the car, I called Tonya and explained my prediciment...she was very understanding and said she would keep my file open if I decided to use their service at a later date. Three weeks pass, I called Tonya, and she had all my info at her fingertips. She contacted me as shippers became available to work out the best schedule for me. Tonya was (is) wonderful, a pleasure to deal with.
