This is our first experience transporting a vehicle from one state to another. Red Carpet was the lowest quote received out of 10 other quotes and we had thought 'lower cost service means lower quality service'. We returned Heather's voicemail anyways to get a 'vibe' and we could tell right away we'd get great service from Heather so we didn't consider any other quotes and we never regretted it. Heather spent a good amount of time on the phone with me and patiently explained the industry, process and expectations. Heather promptly returned every phone call, her communication was clear, concise and friendly and when we ran into trouble communicating with the seller of the vehicle, Heather went the extra mile to organize the remainder of our pick up and got the vehicle to us before we left on vacation.

If we ever need an auto transport service again we will go straight to Red Carpet and ask specifically for Heather Richardson. Thank you for the great service and experience!

Your transport is a perfect example of why customers should choose a broker who will not leave you alone once the carrier is found. It took some extra phone calls and emails to communicate with your seller and many companies just aren't willing to do that.
