I was extremely hesitant to use an Auto Transport Company after reading horrific stories on the internet. I strongly considered being my own transport company but time was a limiting factor. I contacted Tonya at Red Carpet Auto Transport. At the time, I was in receipt of numerous quotes from companies nationwide. I became confused and frustrated by all of the numbers and lingo of the auto transport business. Tonya explained the transporting business to me with clarity and honesty. I pondered my conversation with Tonya for about two days and continued my research of other companies. I ended up calling Red Carpet back because of the positive , lasting impression Tonya left with me. I did not feel that they were simply out to make a buck. I sensed the safe transport of my vehicle was in their interest just as much as it was of mine. I called back to speak with Tonya only to find out she was on vacation. My heart sank. I spoke with Tye, a proficient multi-tasker. My interaction with him was just as superb as my experience with Tonya. They were both friendly, honest and knowledgable. The results of my experience from beginning to end exceeded my expectations. My car was delivered a day early which worked out well for me. If the truth can be handled by anyone in need of having a vehicle transported, I highly recommend Red Carpet.
