I was impressed with the Red Carpet operation from my first initial contact with representative Ms. Alice Perry. She was very courteous, patient and professional and gave me all the unbiased information that I needed to select Red Carpet as my shipper of choice from among 20 others. She came through as promised, kept me informed as to status of my order and most of all, ensured that my vehicle got to the location on the date that I requested. I read some reviews of other carriers where individuals had horrific experiences with their shipments. I am pleased that Red Carpet delivered to my expectations and I will definitely use this service again. Thanks
