I was made aware that shipping one of my cars was an option just days before my move. In general, I have a difficult time doing too many tasks at once and considered flying back from Minnesota to Connecticut to avoid what I anticipated to be a hassle of coordinating a car move. Cheryl understood my anxiety and took care of all the details for me. She put my request out for bid to help coordinate the most timely move possible - so much so that the car was picked up the day after I spoke with Cheryl and was scheduled to arrive prior to our expected arrival day. We had a few misfortunes with the carrier, but Cheryl checked in throughout the process on the pick up end, on the delivery end, contacted the driver several times for me and is currently helping to process a damage claim. She was wonderful and I would definitely recommend Red Carpet to others who are moving.
