Dealing with Red Car Auto Transport and their representative Denise Flores was very easy. I like the fact that she called the first time but wasn't too pushy about me going for their service. I called and booked for the transport and she walked me through the entire process over the phone. She was very patient and very accessible. She returned my calls immediately whenever I had a question and even helped tracking down location of driver for the pick up day. I would definitely use them again when I need to bring my other car over from NJ to CA.
