This was our first experience transporting a vehical. Heather explained clearly how the process works and answered all of our questions. She kept in touch with us with the pick up and delivery dates. We are very pleased with using Red Carpet Transports, we will use them again if needed and will recomend them to our friends. If Heather was out of the office or on another line, she did return our calls promptly.
