Overall my experience with Red Carpet transportation and their representative Heather Richardson has been a positive one. When I first began my search for a transport for my VW from Georgia I contacted a number of companies who claimed to give the best rate but it was Red Carpet that did. My initial phone conversation and subsequent communications with Heather I found was polite, informative and and helpful. After receiving my car I found it had been damaged by the carrier, Heather quickly acted getting me the information on placing a claim to the carrier's insurance. I am happy to recommend Red Carpet Transportation to my friends and will use them for my future transportation needs.

In the transport world, not everything will go just the way you want it to and I hate it anytime there is damage to a vehicle. We make sure all carriers are fully insured for just this reason.
